• 10% Deposit via Bank Transfer at time of booking to hold your dates
• Balance due 14 days before arrival date
• Security Deposit of £500 taken with the final balance, refunded within 3 days once housekeeper confirms no damages
• Bookings refunded up to 14 days before arrival date to allow us time to re market the dates
• Well behaved dogs welcomed charged at £50 each
